does anyone know if you can have a tattoo placed over a scar left by a T.B jab on my top arm

I have a few white on a tattoo. It has light a few however no longer that unhealthy, however together with your tattoo it maybe extra obvious in view that it is going to have extra white than mine. But, I consider with the tattoo you desire you need to use the white, seeing that I have an extra tattoo that I must have positioned white in it and I typically finally will seeing that I consider it is going to appear bigger than the usual colour of my dermis.
