I'm not entirely sure how to word this. In other words, are these two groups so different, as that one would go to Heaven, and the other to Hell?

there are members of each religion that will go to each place, but God will judge us all as individuals.

Pastor Billy says: absolute rubbish. The holiness doctrine of Methodism should naturally lead Methodists back to the One Holy Catholic Church sadly because of much misinformation, propaganda and outright slander Methodists and others from the English reformation division are lead away from full unity in the body of Christ.

No! Both groups are similar theologically but very different in structure and worship practices.
