I live in Ft. Leonard Wood , Mo and the school district in in waynsville Mo

Start with your local Dept of Human Services or Community Action Agency. They will point you in the right direction. If I knew what area you were in I could help you find the contacts you need, but I don't so DHS and CAA would be where you need to start.

Call your local school district, they can tell you. Or call family services, they too will help.
