I have recently amped up my workouts and have been working a little harder, but not too hard. However, I have found that I have been getting headaches on the side of my head sometimes after workouts. I don't feel I am overexerting myself, and I drink plenty of water before during and after workouts. Also, I always work out indoors in a climate controlled environment.

What could be causing the headaches and how to stop them?

Two possibilities come to mind: Blood pressure problems, and diabetes. Find out which you have, or if you have some combination of them.

Good luck!
