This is sound like a very simple solution but it works. Do not drink Alcohol or take any type of non pre scribed drug.
Keep as busy as possible. If something is upsetting you talk to someone about it.
Try to do productive thing like tidy up or get odd jobs done. even if it is a small achievement it will make you feel better.
Eat healthy food especially thing high in Omega 3 and 6. and fruit and vegetables.
Exercise start going for walks every day even if it is for 15 minutes a day. Eventually build up hopefully take part in sports with other people or join a gym.
Put suicide completely out of your mind do not even allow yourself to think of it. You do not have the right to do that to yourself or the people around you. It will only upset you to think about it. Think one day you will be happy again.
Take thing one day at a time, be very nice to yourself. try to think about positive things or about a time when you were happy visualise yourself being happy. Do this for a least five minutes a day. Do not self criticise at this moment in time.
This is not going to be easy you will have to push yourself very hard, but your worth it.
You should discuss this with your doctor it maybe necessary for medications.

No...suicide is NEVER the answer... If you are that depressed that you are contemplating suicide, you truly need professional help.. Please go see your doctor and tell him how you feel.
DO NOT be ashamed...depression is an illness and nothing to be ashamed of...
They have so many kinds of counseling available and different medications that you can try these days, that it is definitely worth a trip to your doctor.
I have a very close friend that is currently taking Cymbalta and what a wonderful difference.
You do not want to harm yourself... Suicide is such a permanent thing and depression doesn't have to be... Besides, even though when depressed it is hard to think of anything but how you are feeling, you need to think of family and friends and the unnecessary pain that you would cause them by your actions..
Hope you will take my advice and seek a doctors help... Good luck and God Bless...

Suicide is never the answer, go talk to your doctor he can give you some anti-depressants to take they'll balance out your mood whilst you get talking therapy. Hopefully the talking will help and you'll feel positive enough to come off the anti-depressants. Suicide may be a way out for you, but there's a lot of people who love you and will be gutted if you take that route.

Go to the doc for medications and he can refer you to a professional to help you overcome it. It can be fixed. Suicide is NEVER the answer. That is giving up and a sin. Why give up when there is so much out there in the world? Get up and out of the house and find yourself a hobby or something that you can enjoy doing. It will help wonders. Maybe try furthering your education. It will make you feel better about yourself and what you are doing. It gives you a purpose and a goal in life which is what everyone needs.

Have some faith that the best is yet to come and get help

Absolutely not, I suffer from this evil curse myself but i always think how would it affect the people that love me, it is a great deterent, you could make their life unbearable, would you want that? You are doing the right thing though, asking for help, it is a step in the right direction. I don't know if there is a web site for people like us, I am sure there as to be, if you find out before me let me know , please be strong, there are people who care, even if you don't know them.
