Think about what you are saying. Imagine someone in your company thinking, "Lord we have to get rid of her. Let's see.....well we can make it so hard for her that she will quit. Great! Let's change her position and give her a job that has less required..so she will be making money for doing next to nothing. Yeah. That should do it". What's wrong with this picture?

Talk with your boss and see what needs to be done.
You could think up something to do and treat this as a create your own job type of thing. And, if so, then get the ok from your boss to do those tasks.
Otherwise, do your own thing. Youre getting paid.
