The US Constitution has been so twisted by the legal system that you have criminals with good lawyers getting them off on some stupid technicality.

The entire jury system now consists of fools. Anyone with intelligence knows ways to be released and then the defense gets to pretty much throw anyone off the jury they want. They only want uniformed and uneducated people on the jury so they can confuse them into a hung jury.

Sure, lots of criminals are successfully prosecuted, but in the end... victims are suffering many times for the crime the endured.

When you read responses like that of "ME" you can see what's wrong with society in general today.

You have disgruntled people who did something wrong themselves first and yet blame law enforcement or anybody else but themselves for their woes.

Juries have been manipulated as many of the more notorious trials will show which include that of OJ Simpson.

Are there extremely rare cases where a bad apple in law enforcement makes the news.......sure! But to listen to those who lack intelligence, credibility, or integrity.....I see only the reinforcement of what lacks in todays youth...the ability to see the forest through the trees!

The words Justice and System don't belong together anymore. We have simply a system - and those who can work it survive it. Nobody wins anymore. Victims lose because detectives automatically doubt their story. Accused lose because they are automatically deemed guilty by the rest of society.

Well, in cases of police brutality obviously the victims lose if they did not have a camera. The pigs cover for each other while the victim's words are not taken seriously
