More than likely yes it means that he likes you. But he might just want to say that you are pretty. Does this guy have a girlfriend? You should look for more signs that say he likes you. Like if he goes out of his way to see you and if he does have a girlfriend that they start having trouble in their relationship because, then he would TRY to make that happen to be with you. So the best way to know is to ask. Just say something like "Hey the other day you said that I was pretty and I was wondering if that meant you like me?" If he says no he didn't mean it like that then move on but if he says yes then great!

Depends on his age. I'm 20, and if I think a girl is "pretty", that's half the battle. Next comes personality.
But for younger guys like teenagers, prettiness or "hottness" can be a vital factor to their interest.

Really boils down to individuals, if he's the outgoing kind who goes around paying homages to girls, most probably not. If he's the shy kind, well, u are in luck, girl.

Maybe, but a lot of times it's just a way to loosen you up so he can get in your pants (by telling you what you want to hear, whether it's true or not).

its more safe to assume that he just thinks you're pretty. If you wanna know if he likes you ask him....it might lead somewhere.
