One does not have to learn to find out.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Suddenly getting a lot taller may be a clue (ha ha!) But seriously, if you are growing really fast you may get growing pains in your legs (bit of extra stretching and a few bananas are good). You will have to watch that your posture stays upright - don't be embarrassed that you are tall, and don't hunch over to try to hide. Stay upright and be proud that you are tall! Say Hey world, look at me! DCR

My legs used to hurt real bad. You may also stumble or hit the tip of your toes on things as you have grown and not relized yet.
