a question for you J, how would we know if she's taking ?
Just because you haven't seen her with a man doesn't mean that she's not in a relationship.. May be she's single, may be she's not but we don't know.. The only way you'll find out is if you ask her yourself...
This is not the physic site, we don't have a magic ball..
Honey please, please ask her and let us know how it goes :-)
Take care!

Dating within the office is rather now not a well notion. He typically would not remember you as eligible, when you consider that he's a VP and does now not desire to jeopardize his profession with a sexual harassment swimsuit. You too could desire to be cautious of that, making advances within the office. Many men of their 30s are rather simplest intersted in more youthful women for intercourse or as a trophy. Although, most likely men emotionally mature slower than women, so it's normal for the age hole to have the older man. That is a method of socialization and now not relevant to all men. HOWEVER, my spouse and I bumped into each and every different at a bar one St. Paddy's day a couple of years in the past. She used to be 21 and I used to be 32. We had at first met whilst she used to be sixteen - there used to be appeal, however I ran the hell away (and established w/ her 18y/o roommate) when you consider that I do not seem well in jumpsuit orange. When we 're-met', we established, casually, then ended up getting engaged inside a pair months, married a yr later...yadda yadda yadda. We had been married for five years now and feature a lovely two y/o daughter. While there were a few truly pace-bumps, conversation disorders, conflicts or even a temporary separation, now we have a gorgeous usual, enjoyable marriage. Moral of the tale, a ten+ yr age change isn't a dealbreaker if there's a truly connection. The office limitation possibly.

It's too hard to determine. If she's dating maybe her date drives or her boyfriend is in the apt. with her. Have you noticed if the lights are on at her place? Next time you talk to her ask what she did the previous weekend or if there is a local event ask her if she plans on going. She understand that you are interested in her and if she feels the same way you'll know by her answer. This limits the chance of rejection but if she's giving you signals she's interested don't waste the chance to go for it.

It's impossible to tell. If she has a boyfriend, he may pick her up a lot and that's why her car is there, or she may be involved with someone in a long distance relationship, or she may be single. Who knows? Ask her out and you will get your answer.

Most likely; she seems to be single; but she could be in a long distance relationship; best thing to do is just ask her out

Well its a definite possibility, next time you see her causually mention "are you seeing someone?" If she says "no". Then ask her out say either "Would you like to go see a movie or get coffee sometime?" Ask something small if it goes well, do dinner or something.
good luck i hope it works out =)
