For example, a term "good enough" have been used several times in a document of MS Word, is it possible to find out how many times this has exactly been used?

edit>find
type in the word
Make sure you have "highlight all items found in" ticked and select main document from the drop down menu press enter
it will tell you how many it found

You can do word search. Each time will go to the word/s and you can count
