According to Christians where exactly is Satan right now? Is he physically chilling somewhere or does he have mini satans in our brains tempting us?
You say he is not in hell now so where is he physically situated this minute and how is he supposedly tempting us from where he is now.

He's here on earth, busy ruling the world's systems. According to the Bible, Satan is here and he commands ranks of demonic spirits to gain influence in the earth by influencing mankind. Mankind for the most part has turned away from God and given the devil a voice in our lives, so the devil uses that power. His goal is to cause as much destruction, death, and corruption as possible to harm us because we are God's children and the devil hates God.

Go read the first chapter of the book of Job

You will see a scene where Satan comes before God to accuse Job and God . . . Satan is actively doing just that . . . the Bible says he roams around looking for whom he can devour . . . Satan is one entity . . . he is a Spirit so he is in a spiritual place . . . how can I tell you where that is? He is finite and he is not everywhere at once like God . . . so he has limits, unlike God.

But he is a strong foe . . . and should not be messed with . . . Christians are told to leave that to God . . . we just deal with the Holy Spirit, and pray to God the Father, in the name of the Son, Jesus . . .

So what does it matter where Satan is? (again . . . most of us ask the wrong question . . . the question should be, "where is Jesus?)

I believe Satan is in the temporal world most of the time. He is not in Heaven any longer. He may never go back to Heaven again. He will never be in the presence of God again. In this world he is sometimes summoned from Hell by humans unwitting enough to be his "followers" or some who even believe they may harness his powers.

St. Michael has the power to cast Satan into Hell. I believe he has done just that but Satan is summoned out of it back to the temporal world by some humans. We humans do not have the place nor capability to "handle" Satan.

We should not address him ever. He is more powerful, smarter, quicker, and many other things I do not even know than we. We know he is a testing, tempting spirit from the book of Job. Exactly how he does this is unknown to me. He has great power over physical and spiritual things in this world. He is a spirit but is also capable of physical appearances as are all powerful angels. Also, he is one of God's Angels with whom we have no dominion over in the temporal world.

St. Michael has dominion over him as well as some Saints in Heaven and of course God Himself. We may petition St. Michael, these people and God to correct Satan, even cast him into Hell. We should never do it ourselves. It may result in disastrous results.

I would say that addressing Satan is playing with fire but Hell is much worse than that.

Yours in Christ Jesus, Grace

To correct your errors first : Where Satan is , isn`t according to "Christians" ! Satan is "spiritual" not physical ! My question to you is ; Why are mans actions and thoughts deemed into two categories , "right" or "wrong" ? Where did the recognition in mans mind come from to distinguish "Right" from "Wrong" ? Why are there two choices for man to choose from when making mental decisions ? What makes a man choose the "Wrong" solution in a situation versus choosing the "Right" one ? What is the definition of "Right" and "Wrong" ?

In the imaginations of those that believe he exists. Most people find it too hard to accept that so-called evil is as much a part of humanity as the concept of good. And that neither can exist without the other.
So much easier to blame some undefined devil for the evil deeds of humanity than accept that its part of humanity not something imposed from outside.

1 Peter 5:8 "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:"
King James Version

2 Corinthians 11:14-15 "......for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve." New International Version

Satan is in the mind just like God. Heaven and hell are creations of the mind. God is beyond "ALL' human concepts. Not accepting this fact "IS the war between the light and the darkness. God has no form. Mind wants to limit "God" to some human concept- This is the so-called Satan.

Hiding in the dark waiting for them. Well, it's true. That's what they think. They think he's omnipresent, too. Being in hell, ruling the earth, waiting to jump every christian, the music studios singing songs backwards, in the nightclubs, in every bottle of liquor, This is fun! Reminds me of Spongebobs essay on what not to do at a red light.
