Are all females always emotional?

Is it a way they feel/act to get more attention/affirmation and love they are lacking inside? Or is even the girl with the best self-esteem will be emotional?

Girls who are obsessed with their appearence are generally more emotional, but girls with high self esteem as to the complete person they are are generally less emotional. You have to remember that girls are brought up differently from boys, they are told to let out their emotions, and daddy's princesses are the worse because if they can't get what they want they just turn on the waterworks. The slightly less self obsessed girl who hasn't been spoilt by her father is much more likely to keep her emotions inside more like a man, because she hasn't learned how to use them to manipulate people.

I have a high self esteem and I get all emotional at times- its hormonal - I actually try to avoid people when I pms I dont get bitchy I get so sensitive Ill cry uncontrollable for 1-2 hours at the stupidest things and I do try to stop but cant my pour boss Ive done it to him like 3-4 times over the years .... Crying cause he didnt care for a report or something stupid that anyother time Id just fix it

normally the girls with more self esteem are more emotional because they are not as used to getting let down all of the time. Sometimes the girls with no self esteem are more emotional because they have been let down to much.
But girls in general are normally very emotional because they have different hormones then guys do.

No that is not right. Men have emotions as strong as women. If you are friends then you help and listen to one another. If she does not want to listen to your needs and problems, that is unfair and sounds as though she has to be the center of attention. Give it a little while and see if she contacts you again, maybe she is just needing to grow up a little and realize what true friendship is, to be there for one another. It is not a one sided thing in any type of relationship and you deserve to have someone to care enough to listen to you also. I hope she contacts you if that is what you want but I also think she needs a lesson in what it means to have some one who cares enough to want to help. Girls aren't ALWAYS emotional.
But all of them can get pretty emotional.
I can be the most vain person you'll ever meet, but every now and then I can get fairly sad.
Boys can be emotional too. Everyone can be emotional. It's human nature.
I do believe that girls are usually more emotional though.

False. Not all girls are overly emotional. Of course, it may seem that way to many guys since most of them aren't any good at reading or handling emotion.

I think overall women are more emotional than men, but not every woman is emotional. I tend to be more even tempered and my husband is more emotional. Like we balance each other.

I think you will find that there are many emotionally secure, emotionally undemonstrative women out there.

Maybe the question you should be asking is... what is it about myself which attracts emotionally insecure people to me seeing as this must be the case for you to ask this silly question. .

It's their hormones. Females have estrogen, a hormone that is linked to emotion. On the other hand, males have testosterone, a hormone linked to aggression.
