Yes, Roundup or a similar product. I use the ones that are rain resistent and are supposed to last all season, that way I'm not constantly respraying.
But those products work nicely, give them a try.

Use a systemic weedkiller such as Glyphosate. It is the main ingredient in the fancy dan commerical products but much cheaper if you just buy it as Glyphosate. dont use paraquat it is deadly. The Glyphosate will kill the weed at the roots. Note though that it takes a couple of weeks so dont expect instant results. The killer actually works by m aking the plant grow even more for a while until it outgrows its own strength. dont be tempted to pull the weeds up until they are good and dead, usually the stems turn straw colored and you can then remove them. always follow safety instructions and remember with glyphosate if it drifts on your plants they are stone dead and you cant rescue them.

After you've killed the weeds as suggested in the other responses, I assume you'll also want to remove the dead stuff. To do this you'll need something thin and hard like a paint scraper or an ice pick. Stick it between the bricks and pry the dead stuff out.
To keep from having to do this repeatedly, spray the Round-up or whatever every few months.

there are weed/grass killers available in stores in different types by just spraying it on the grass and it will die within two or three days. but this case, you will spend money. now, if you don't want to spend a single penny, you may boil your water as what others say. i did it too but i add a little of liquid soap to the boiling water so it would be more effective (as i think) and it will last for few months. but as it rains sometime, whatever sprays or way of killing the grasses, still it will grow, so all you need is to constantly doing it when u see grasses growing again.

Lowe's has a product called Shoot-Out that works really well. My father in law cleared a bank behind his house. My husband was so impressed that he bought some. It's supposed to kill the roots.

spray them with a poison like Roundup. Roundup will get to the roots through the leaves, so it works fairly well. I use it for this same purpose.
