i do not know ur age but i can say WELL YES!!! u can go out wid her..
n coz u r asking this, i can see that u r a responsible gentleman.
so juz take care of urself and the girl and make sure u donot cross the limits coz usually it is at parties dat some unprecedented things do happen.

That will depend on you. Why don't you ask her who else will be going. I'm not sure if 'your girl' means that she's your daughter or your girlfriend, but either way, once you know who else will be there, you'll know whether or not you will feel comfortable with the situation. After you know who will be there, find out what they will be wearing (will it be formal: suit and tie? or casual: polo shirt and slacks? or poolside: shorts and a hawaiian shirt?).
It won't do anyone any good if you feel uncomfortable and until you know who will be there, what they'll be wearing, and if you should bring a gift, you'll be uncomfortable even before you get there. If your "girl" is mature enough to ask you to go, then she's mature enough to realize you need to know more about the party and will provide you the answers you need to be a good guest.

If she's your girl anyway, what harm can a dinner party do? It's only her attempt at being grown up and civilised and having a nice time in pleasent company. Personally I'd rather go out for a meal so I don't have to do the washing up, but if it's what floats her boat then go for it.

Absolutely, it should be an honor, I say go and make sure she knows that you appreciate the invitaion. If she wants to have a dinner party with you then she is proud of you and she wants you to meet other people that are important to her. Don't forget to bring a small thank you gift like flowers, they would look great on her dinner table!

It's good as long as she knows how to cook, or the food turns out good. Just don't have relations after dinner because you're too young.

depends on the type of the party, cause it'll be nice to hang out just the two of you but without too much action if you know what i mean.. cause she's still too young..

well how old are you? you didnt give us much information, did you?
if she's old enough to be with you, she's old enough to go to a dinner party.
please do not let her drink alcohol though - its illegal age here in Australia. i dont know where you are.
