Neurologist most likely...

Depending on what your problem is, your doctor may refer you to a specialist if you don't start out at one. You probably will have to have the doctor contact your insurance to see if they cover a certain proceedure your doctor whats to give you.

any type of doc can order a ct scan but for insurance to pay for it there has to be a legitimate reason for the test. a technician does the actual procedure and the hospital can tell you the cost.

Ignore all of the responders who will yield to the temptation to play on the word "cat" - and send you to a veterinarian.

If you are seeing a primary physician or an oncologist or a neurologist - they can make to necessary referral
