It kind of depends on your symptoms. B&L makes an eye rinse with an eye cup which works well for rinsing out allergic material. It also makes Alaway which is the new anti-histamine that lasts all day.

The same as the remedy for any other allergy.

See your doctor to discuss your allergies and confirm that dust is the cause. The newer, non drowsy once a day oral anti histamines often work, in some countries they are prescription, in others they are not. There are also good anti allergy eye drops by prescription. Most of the non prescription ones do not work well.

You doctor will also discuss how to manage exposure to dust in your home and changes you can make to minimize your exposure. Finally, a referral to an allergist for precise testing and for immune therapy may be in order.

use a wash cloth- soak it in very hot water. wring out and press onto your shut eyes until it has cooled . Repeat 2-4 times a day. Also I have found that eating more carrots and melon helps to keep they eyes lubricated.
