I know this, that the wages of sin are death and this means that our sin has separated us from our Father in Heaven. As the fruit in the garden that Adam consumed separated him from God and thus lead to his eventual death.

All have sinned and all are guilty of committing sin. Since sin's ultimate punishment is death, we are all doomed to an eternity in Hell. God, however, loves us deeply and gave His Son Jesus Christ for us so that who ever believes in Him would not die but would have eternal life. Jesus was the perfect sacrifice that redeemed believers from their sin; thus, reconnecting us to the Father.

Isayah 24:3-6—
3 The land will be utterly emptied and utterly plundered, for it has come to pass that this Judgment has been pronounced.
4 The earth mourns and fades away, the world mourns and fades away, and the haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth also is defiled because of the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the Ordinance, and broken the Everlasting Covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

Notice what Yahweh is saying. He is saying that changing the 613 Laws, following sinful ways, has caused sickness, confusion, hatred and war. Yahweh is also saying that if we stopped sinning, if we stopped following this religion into sin, our problems would stop.

Open one up and read it...I say this because Yahoo Answers is about the worst place to ask this while hoping to get an intelligent answer. Mostly you will get angry comments from the countless number of atheists who claim to not care about religion, but then you view their profiles and you see that they have respond to 354 questions a day in the religion forum.

Just skim through the New Testament and you'll see lots of stuff. Atheists, you may want to start with Psalm 53.

God does not punish them for ever in any respect. the belief of that comes from inner maximum interpretation of the scriptures and relies no longer on the bible itself, yet on the concepts of adult males and backed via the concepts of artists and writers like Dante. the belief is that human beings would be thrown right into a like of fireplace (which supposedly represents hell) and punished continuously. The lake of fireplace is a parent of speech which capacity the 2nd death. the 1st death is hell. it is the state of being lifeless. The lifeless haven't any thoughts, information, know-how, etc. they're to all intents and purposes, non existant. the 2nd death is like that different than people who die the 2nd time end to exist for actual. they don't get tormented or something, they only end to be. the 2nd death is unquestionably one of those vapourisation in case you like. To grow to be non existant and to be long previous continuously. that's the punishment. Revelation describes this to every person who cares to certainly learn it perfect and rightly divide it.

Who cares? Sin is an outdated concept. We shouldn't run our lives based on old superstitions.
