Do you presently wear eyeglasses or contacts? Even if you think that your eyesight is fine, headaches can occur. Being tired and experiencing headaches is a common occurrence. How long has this been a problem?? Are you taking any Tylenol, Motrin/Advil ( Ibuprofen) for the headaches and is it helping??Are you skipping meals?? If you have vision problems,it is best to be sure that this isn't the cause. I hope that this helps.

Headaches-Tylenol or caffiene

If I understand, you get in your car or bus or train sit for a while, get to class, sit for a while, get to another class sit for a while. Headache and tired. No exercise.

Exercise should be a part of your day, preferably between classes, because it's going to up your energy and create endorphins that will get rid of your headaches.

P.S. A little sugar, like at lunch is okay, but too many simple carbos will make the situation worse.

Lack of water and green vegetables can make you have a headache. I had headaches for a couple days and thought about what I had been eating and I ate a bunch of broccoli and water and cured it. Also, could be sinus problems. Good luck!!

It could be your immune system needs a boost, like you might not be eating right and you need to be, to get through the day. I recommend you eat good and then maybe take a whole food supplement to insure you have all the vitamins in the whole form that your body needs to function and heal. email me and I will tell you what I take that works well for me.

Get some more nutrition back, after i gave up fast food and started eating good meats and plenty of fruits and veggies, everything kinda cleared me out. i feel better, more refreshed, my vision improved and i get sick maybe once a year. im 16 aswell. i gave it up at 14. now i live an awsome healthy life. it even improved me in school and relationships and such, made varsity last year, now i play starting tight end :). or you could be having slight phycological problems, see a doctor and tell him what you feel. good luck.
