Your question isn't very clear. However, your best course of action would be to see a dermatologist. Many over the counter bleaches are either worthless or can cause great harm. See a dermatologist who can recommend the proper treatment based on the degree of pigmentation, location of it, possible cause of it and also based on your skin.
