Many times when a bee stings it leaves the stinger and the poison sacs stuck to the outer layer of your skin. if that is the case scrape them off with a credit card or the blunt side of a knife. Apply an ice pack for about ten minutes and than some antihistamine cream that you can buy from your local drug store. It should clear off without much trouble.

Remove the stinger if it is still in place. Wash with soap and cool water. Dry the skin around the sting so a band aid will stick but leave sting area wet. Wet an aspirin tablet and apply to sting. Cover with a band aid to hold aspirin in place and keep band aid damp. The aspirin will lessen pain and minimize swelling. I've been doing this for years and it really works well.

Remove Bee stinger by scraping credit card or your fingers on the bee sting area.
Do not sqeeze bee stinger with tweezers or fingers, this will inject more venom into the bee stings.

I take some asprin and crush it up, adding just a bit of water to make a paste. Apply and it will help kill the pain of the sting and make any swelling go down.

Toothpaste will sometimes work as well.

Ice and ointment. Remove the stinger, which can be done with, yes, a credit card. Vinegar may help, doesn't always though.

As for pain, aspirin or other pain killer will be effective.

If allergic, head to hospital immediately.

Make sure you get the stinger out
Wipe it down with disinfectant to prevent infection
