how can u find where some lives if they arnt on the eltro role?

i am trying to find where someone lives and i know that they arnt on the eltro role and i dont no the name of the road

If the person didn't give you a phone number or contact point, I would let it go.
If you do know their full name you could try the phone book, or white pages on line, that's assuming their number is listed.
