I was caught doing 41mph on a 30 mph zone...
I received the notice of intended prosecution, I filled it in and sent it back with my details...
I am awaiting the outcome...how many points should I expect to be given?? (I already have 3 points which I got 16 months ago)

Yes 3 points and £60 fine. However more and more insurance companies are asking about speeding and will add up to £50 on your premium if convicted of speeding and may refuse insuring you if convicted a second time.

And i bet you are one of those people who stand in a pub with your third pint and moan about another driver who didn't indicate or some other trivial winge then get in your car and drive home. 41 in a 30. Anyone doing 40 in a 30 should be made to sit a new driving test. Your licence is a privelage.
