Since my car-crash, I can look into someone's eyes and see their soul, i.e. if it's a Good or a Bad Soul. I can tell if someone's happy or sad, if they're good or bad!

My father whom I love very much, when I look into his eyes, I see dark and evil. He has a violent attitude sometimes.

I.e:
When I punish my son for being naughty, I'm in sh*t by him for disciplining my son, but it's fine for him to punish my son. Sometimes he comes to me with an evil smirk and says that he punished and smacked my son!

I'll flip out on that, then my mom says to me that I'm pathetic!

What can I do?

Your mum and dad need to take a step back from this situation. It appears to me that they are trying to dominate the situation and make you feel inferior. You are your sons mum so therefore he is your responsability, of course get guidance from your parents when need be but ultimately when it comes to discipline thats your responsabilty. For your mum to tell you that you are pathetic that is heaps sad and really not showing you any respect as a daughter and a mother. What you interpret from looking into someone eyes maybe not quite right, how do you know for sure 100% that everyones eyes you look into you are getting the right information?

I don't understand what you're trying to say about the family situation. Sometimes trauma can unlock extra senses. I have a lot of them as well. Try practicing meditation and you'll learn to control it. consider it a gift. It's like a muscle though the more you work at the the better it will get.t if you try to block it out you feel start to feel unstable maybe even a little crazy. Sadly I wouldn't tell many people around you about your new found ability, or they may try to convince you there's something wrong with you. try taking a tai chi class. I actually help people learn to control things like this, but I can only do it in person. good luck!

If you fear for your son, then remove him from the situation.
Secondly, explain to your parents that you are the parent of your son and should be the disciplinarian. You value their input but you are to be the final judge of how & what your son's punishment should be.
Next, try not to judge people by what you see in their eyes.

You need to tell your dad to stop disciplining your son because all that is doing is confusing your son.
