Welcome home my sister = Bienvenida a casa hermana mía (or Bienvenida a casa mi hermana but the first one sounds better)

Hope that helps ;)

If you use a translator (or... word by word translation), you'd sound as a retard... just as the ones who used them.

The two natives already gave the answer. I agree with "hermana mía" sounds better.
But I am replying even after they already gave the answer because I am picky.
In English, just as in Spanish, you separate the vocative from the rest of the sentence WITH A COMMA.
So, the correct form is:
"Bienvenida a casa, hermana mía".

If it's your sister and you want to make like a banner..
you can write
Bienvenida mi hermana

or Bienvenida a' casa mi hermana

It is good,but some of the phrases and words were not used correctly. Remember that some words change the beginning or end,and do not use the words individually,phrases work best.

"Bienvenida, mi hermana."
You really don't need to include "home" in that phrase. It's fine with just "welcome."

If she's your younger sister, you can also say;
"Bienvenida, mi hermanita."
