Call 9-1-1 and a poison control center (1-800-222-1222) ASAP! Don't give the victim anything else to drink (including water) or make them vomit unless someone from 9-1-1 or the PCC tells you to. I wouldn't even touch them if I were you. I bet it says something on the Clorox bottle about what to do in case of ingestion.

Call 911. Some things should be vomited back up, some s hould not. I honestly don't know if Clorox is one of those but 911 should be able to tell you.
(I know petroleum products should NOT be vomited back up, but let to pass under medical supervision.)

there isn't really an advisable first aid for that.. You could try inducing vomiting while you take the person to the hospital though.. I think that's actually all that you could do about it. That person needs medical help immediately.
