Yes one can get IBS even as young at age 13, but in order to find out if it's that or something more serious going on this needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going.
Also, please let your mom and dad know what is going on so that they can help you to keep an eye on it.

If I may have panadol Ill opt for headache. But if there is no panadol I pick the suffering of belly than headache. Headaches make me throw up >_<" and regularly the panadol does not paintings and I are not able to sleep and many others while I can nonetheless position with belly anguish.

They do say that you get IBS in your early 20's.
What are your symptoms?
Do you have Diarrhea, bloating or constipation?

yeah i think you can get it at any age...that really sucks though
