Driving While License Suspended. That's what they sent Paris Hilton to jail for. You can also lose your license for several years, depending on where you live and your state laws. The third degree makes it a felony.

This happens when a driver shows no respect for the law and is obviously a poor driver or he would not have been pulled over to start with..

I think it's driving while suspended. It happens when they are caught driving on a suspended license

If I am correct, here (in Missouri). It's generally a hefty fine, longer suspension of your license and possibly probation.

You admitted to using to the police station, you blew "somewhat over the decrease" and your license grow to be suspended. the expenses will stick like glue ... positive, longer suspension era, the entire works. What have been you thinking, using to a police station on a suspended license after ingesting adequate to be over the decrease? "somewhat over the decrease" isn't a valid protection, over is over.
