Yuni baby, two things you can do. One: live up to it, get a site and sell it since you can't stop it. Two: if you know where he lives, find a contract worker, you know, "have razor will travel", and get him to cooperate about your future and his.

Get a video of the person that is trying to blackmail you. Then take it to the police. Blackmail is illegal in all states.

Without more detailed information (i.e., the contents of the video) I'll not recommend what I would do if this were happening to me.

GOOD LUCK

Just tell them you will turn them in to the States Attorney General and if child porn is on their computer they will go to jail. If they are lowball enough to blackmail you, they probably have something else on that computer to sweat! The FBI might get involved...mention that! Federal Penetentaries are full of b u t t - fuc/

You don't say what's on tape. Crime, sex, bad mouthing someone? How old are you?

If you are under 18 and the tape involves sex, tell them you are reporting them for having child pornography.

If it involves a crime, I hope they quit blackmailing you and turn the tape over to police.

If you just did something stupid, suck it up and move on with life.

Make them prove that they have recorded you for real. Maybe this person is lying. But if he/she isn't lying and is really going to use it to blackmail you, please make sure you go to the police as he/she can do anything with this video like putting it on you tube or sites like that.

Do not tell this person you are going to the police until you get as much details on this person as you can...IE...

This persons email address, state or city they say they live in, mobile number & make sure you KEEP all the emails/messages this person has sent you as you can use them to prove this person is blackmailing you & you will need to give their email address to give to the police.

I hope this helps and you get this person stopped.

feel free to contact me if you need more help cos I can.

If it was a real serious problem, I'd talk to or notify a local authority about it, or try to somehow steal or swipe the camera/footage, to keep your respect, if that's what you're worried about. but i don't know, i've never been on camera before, and it all depends on how old they were, and how old you are too.
