this is not a question, Im just sharing a story.Yes, Im pregnant too.You don't need to let me know how Im selfish and I should be thinking about the baby because obviously I know that and I wasn't thinking while adrenaline was rushing through my body and my pregnacy hormones are outa control. This is what happen: I got out to talk to my babys dad who was pumping gas and blocking one side of the gas station with the limo.This trashy girl in her old beat up hondo wouldnt let go of the horn because she wanted him to move when she couldnt simply back up with all that wide room behind her.The whole gas stations was angry by her noise so I walked to her car and asked her to back up.She told me **** off so I asked her to get out of the car.She said to me"what are you gona do? hit a 8 month pregi girl" I said ***** Im 7 month pregnant get the hell out(people cant tell Im pregnant, they just think Im fat when I gained 30 pounds.I look like a chunky girl ) she grabbed my neck and I socked her

Fighting pregnant chicks at a gas station whilst trying to gas your limo up? This whole story just REEKS of white trash.
There's no excuse for hitting a pregnant chick. The fact that you're pregnant aswell shows that you don't care about anyone else but yourself. You could have injured not only her and her baby, but your baby too. Think before you act next time.

Legality aside, this is another fine example of having difficulty with Knowing Right From Wrong. Sometimes one must ask ones self "am I drawn to Drama?" "why ", "what is a better path?". 1st , know the video camera is your friend . You don't have to confront a thief . Remain calm.....You just call the Police. If she throws the soda at you,it's on TAPE. Remain calm,..Call the Police. I take it your ex-employer saw the tape and may do what you should have done , call the Police and have them investigate the tape to find the girl. I feel you leave them no other option but to let you go , they can't rely on someone who will bring trouble to work with them. No doubt the girl knew where you worked . This is a sign of the environment You choose to live in and perpetuate. I'm sure it felt great to 'fight back' and whoop her A$$ but the price is your Job at best. I could go on but won't i hope you are young in years and are able to hear constructive criticisms , the bad news is " it is your fault" the good news is " the bad can stop with you" .Stop blaming others for your plight, take a long hard look at YOU and your peers. Do you need positive change? It start today . It starts with you. GOOD LUCK

I still think you shouldn't have started a fight with her. Yes she was being a trashy b*tch but what if she was some crazy lady and had a weapon, or what if she hit you with her car. You may want to defend yourself but she's going to try defend herself too y'know? You put yourself and your own baby in danger.
You should've just cussed her out and keep it at that, let her look like an idiot honking her horn. You didnt have anything to prove everyone was pissed off at her so they were all on your side.
Anyway, it already happened...you did it - but you shouldnt be proud of it.

Mom of the year! I would've socked her too! (more than once) I can't believe someone like that will be a mother to an innocent little baby soon. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. You gotta let people like that not get to you though. You have to start setting a good example for your soon to be born child. Also, there are alot of crazies out there who will shank you in a minute!

I wouldn't have asked her to get out of the car, but once she grabbed your neck that is considered assault, so you were justified in "socking" her.
