Please, comment on what you read on this website. I'm talking about everyone, that would include catholics, muslims, hindus, buddist, druids, wiccans, etc. I don't care who you are take a look. I just want to see if there is something similar in each religion. I'm really not searching for opinions just facts in your own religion. I also feel if you're honest this be something very interesting to everyone. website: http://www.barr-family.com/godsword/queen.htm

it's a very silly website which is full of the most elementary errors of fact. (there is no deity 'isia' in the egyptian pantheon, even if you correct the spelling the pairing 'isis and horus' is incorrect, aphrodite's relationship with eros was completely different from isis' with either of her sons).

people who don't know what they are talking about find it very easy to have strong opinions.

Greetings!

One would have to believe in "Satan", or "Heaven" before getting any worthwhile info from Rev.Barr, and then it`s just the same mushy thinking over and over again.

From the website:

"The term ''Queen of Heaven'' is unknown to most people, and of those who have heard the term, few of them know who or what it refers to. Our intention here is to help you to understand the meaning of the term "Queen of Heaven" when you come across it in the Bible. This is a Satanic cult or practice that crept into many religions around the world, including some of the Christian churches. The easiest way to explain it is to quote from other books:"

"Religion" means to Re-Link, and being Druid, we try to find similarities in everything.

" Queen of Heaven" would be less of a person, than an ideal, or idea.

To Humanise Gods, is to raise Humans to the level of Gods, and to lower Gods to our level-both actually occur in this Middle World, but the Unverse is constanly in Motion, and nothing stays the same-for long.

Long ago, people worshipped those deities and they found good things. Did you ever read the stories about how harsh the gods and goddesses were to people who were immoral? Gods and goddesses in the old day were not always bad things. But when the Son of Man appeared on Earth, we as a people, had no more need for gods and goddesses. And THAT is the truth. People who put down our ancestors for following ways that were not revealed by the one True God should not be judged by us or by anyone BUT God. Not only is our information about them sketchy, but so is the thought that: "Hey, they didn't have TV or a heck of a lot of information about the way the world is."

In this modern era, it is so easy to think of ourselves as so much better than everyone who came before us because we have so much information available to us.

The Queen of Heaven is a beautiful woman that God Himself honours. I would honour her if He told me to, and I believe that He has, He is, and He will. Forever and ever, amen.

I hope that you soon get over that intolerance and hatred.

According to Catholicism, it's Mary who holds that title.

I'm a Protestant. The term means nothing to me.

According to Catholic faith, Mary, the mother of God, is 'Queen of Heaven'. She intercedes, with her son, on our behalf.
