I answered this same type of question, from another poster, a day or two ago, so I hope you don't mind the cut and paste --

The TLG is Trilegiant.
They affiliate themselves with many different credit cards, store websites, etc.

The Greatfn is GreatFunOnline

Generally when a person makes an order online, TLG will have a pop up after an order is placed offering a free 30 trial for whatever company is being promoted. They will then offer coupons, rebates, cash cards, etc. as an incentive for signing up.
Or, their offers are sent by mail on their own or along with a credit card statement.

When a person agrees to the 30 day trial offer, to get the freebies, and then fails/forgets to cancel at the end of the 30 day trial, they will be charged the monthly fee.

If this is what happened with you, you should contact them to cancel.
If that was the first time they charged you, you might fudge a bit and tell them that you had contacted them previously to cancel but obviously it wasn't canceled. Then ask them to refund the amount back into your card.
