So when im drinking the mix, the vodka will be on top????

Red bull is denser, but if they are mixed together, they won't separate. If you poured the red bull first and then the vodka over top (gently) you could have two layers, but they still mix pretty easily.
Odds are good that you're pretty much getting it all together instead of one before another.

I would say that if you were to poor a glass of vodka and red bull, the vodka would sink to the bottom and the red bull would float on top. If you mix them then they will combine together.

Alcohol is lighter than water mixed with juices. The specific gravity of each would be very different.
