I was in a commited relationship with this person for one year, the second year we were just seeing each other. I didn't want to be in the relationship because I still am head over heal for my ex boyfriend. The only thing is I could have him back but I am worrysome about it due to him being very controlling. The guy I have been seeing for two years is laid back and would never tell me to not have guy friends or that I can't go out with my girls. The only thing is I love this ex and I am ready to give it all up because we were together 3 years. I don't know what to do because my ex said we can get back together as soon as I am done with the bar scene....I just turned 21 and like to go out. i dunno which one to be with because I don't want to settle. I tried to look for someone new but have no interest in these want only one thing guys. ???? I am clueless as what to do??????????

Write down the positve and negatives for each guy and go from there. Remember though they are exes for a reason. If he's controlling and just "waiting" for you to calm down, means no fun for you if you get back with him. Is he worth giving up your freedom? As much as you love him don't go for the "bad boy", stick with the laid back guy.

i am sick to my stomack of girls who want guy friends...when will you all understand...a guy can never be a friend to a girl...soon or late they will follow the ancient path...(love or sex)

you are 21 that is nice...i broke up with my girl because of the same problem...i was so sick of her "friends" getting to close to get her attention. then i said to myself...no use...to change her life...

Love means no freedom...the guy that is laid back does not love you enough...he does not give a damn about what you do or whom you hang out with...the other guy will suffer because of you...do not even approach him please...do not be selfish...

Why not talk to him about going to couples counseling. Maybe you can work through the problems that you had in the past.
