I have been friends online with a guy for 6 months.
We met almost 4 months ago. He drove 2 hours and paid for his own hotel room tostay overnight (by himself of course)
Since then I have a lot of stuff going on and have been traveling.
For the last 2 months he has has asked when Im going to go out with him again.
Problem is he keeps asking me to come there this time around.
I guess Im being stubborn & old fashioned because I keep turning him down , because I want him to come to my city again.
Im afraid that his patience is wearing thin. Last time he said 'come see me'! and asked when finally.
Should I go visit him this time around ?
I really really like him and we spend about 7-8 hours a week just talking on phone/online like good friends.
But we also kissed on our 1st and only date so far. So I know there's chemistry.

Im 30, he is 34 btw.

Why not? Tell him you'll be in town to visit your cousin for whatever reason and that you'd love to get together then. He'll probably realize you're using your cousin as an excuse to see him but he won't call you on it but instead think that you're cute.

Well, I think distance is a problem. Just be good friends.

If you want to have a relationship with him you need to compromise and go to him sometimes too. I was in this situation also and we met once a month trading my town and his town.
