It is said that "Shraddhavaan labhate gyanam" meaning that the faithful shall achieve knowledge.
Having faith is the key to success, be it Karma or be it prema(love). having faith on what you do is having confidence in your deed and hence helps you to do your karma with utmost sincerity thereby getting at success in what you do.
Similarly and moreso in love having faith on the one you are in love with is essential to establish that bond of love which is dependent alone on the fine threads of mutual faith.
Hence Shraddha is individially and collectively related to both Karma and Love.

Shraddha is not related to love. We may create a relation (consciously) between Shraddha & Karma.
Note that Shraadh (the annual ritual to dead ancestors done on the lunar thithi each year) is a word, evolved to denote that this ritual has to be performed with great "Shraddha"
Shraddha means intense (deeply involved, without tension or anxiety) !
Knowledge is acquired only if learnt with Shraddha (an example of use of the word )

Different languages provide different expression to words which can only be translated in partial forms. Shraddha is such a wonderful word which is akin to prayerful devotion. In devotion , which is the pinnacle of love, the devotee merges with the object of ones devotion and in that merger of the 'I' ness all Karma are dissolved. Till one remains the Shraddha would not be complete. Add Saburi (Prayerful patience) to it and you have the Guru Mantra from Sai Baba.
