catholic...it's more wealthy than most countries...and yes it seems obscene that most catholics of the world do live in abject poverty while the priests 'play' and 'pay' for their heinous deeds and NEVER go to jail where they belong!

The mormon church can. Their annual income from tithing alone is at least 5 Billion dollars.
And a large majority of their people live in poverty because they have incredibly large families.
