Well . . . fat and muscle are two entirely different things, and it's completely impossible to turn one into the other. BUT what I imagine you're really saying is that you want to lose fat and gain muscle.

Since you're a guy, it's probably a good move to continue with your weight training, and add some good cardio: biking, running, jumping rope, etc. The weight training will increase your lean muscle mass and boost your metabolism fast, helping you burn fat more efficiently.

If you're doing enough training and cardio, a 2,000 calorie diet is usually a healthy level for guys. Limit fat, but don't go nuts, because your body and brain do need a moderate amount of fat to stay healthy.

Don't stress so much about the weird supplements. Just concentrate on building lean muscle through training, and the fat will eventually fall away with good cardio.

Good luck to you!

No, however it's going to burn the fats and develop muscle. Gaining muscle is simply the normal muscle tearing then the frame medication because it heals it makes the muscle larger. You can not flip fats into muscle however you'll do away with the fats. Fat is saved energy that you burn while you exorcise, you DO want energy everyday. If you're going to be understanding for many years its fine to consume starchy matters with plenty of carbs so you'll have the vigor to do all you can do day after today.

you cant turn muscle into fat - those are two different tissues.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
drink whey protein shake wright after working out
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Weight does not mean anything, it is the BMI that counts.
Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Try incorporating the Glycaemic Index into your eating plan is surprisingly easy.

Eating a lot of high GI foods can be detrimental to your health because it pushes your body to extremes. This is especially true if you are overweight and sedentary. Switching to eating mainly low GI carbs that slowly trickle glucose into your blood stream keeps your energy levels balanced and means you will feel fuller for longer between meals.
o Low GI diets help people lose and control weight
o Low GI diets increase the body's sensitivity to insulin
o Low GI carbs improve diabetes control
o Low GI carbs reduce the risk of heart disease
o Low GI carbs reduce blood cholesterol levels
o Low GI carbs can help you manage the symptoms of PCOS
o Low GI carbs reduce hunger and keep you fuller for longer
o Low GI carbs prolong physical endurance
o High GI carbs help re-fuel carbohydrate stores after exercise

Where is the fat? Is it in your abs? Is it in your stomach? You should run. If you run 10 laps on the track court you gain muscle.

Let's make your body in Mind-Control.
The problem is your mindness.
Don't think about Calories.
Don't think about Gym or something.
Just go to bed earlly, and then WAKE UP earlly.
You can do it.
You can make it.
Just believe yourself.
