my boyfriend said some really disrespectful things to my mom and i love him so much but i do know he was wrong now my mom wants nothing to do with him and she acts diffrent with me now because im still with him what do i do ?

well ask urself this do u want to be with this guy. if so then u know u love him but u still love ur mom so talk to the guy, tell him it upsets u and ur mom that u have been disrespectful. look it may be hard for u to tell him, but if u 2 don't have the strength to talk to one and another about anything, then u might not be what u thought u were. yes some of this doesn't make sense but u have to underdtand, u can't something like this from ur boyfriend, u have to tell what u just told me, and sit down and have a talk.

You sound like a good person. I hope that you will consider his actions toward your mother and consider the fact that one day he may treat you the same way he did your mother. I can't believe that a person would disrespect the mother of the person they are suppose to love. Seems to me this guy may ave some problems you are unaware of. To answer your question , I would apologize to mom and then talk to b/b about how he treated her and if he realizes it was wrong it is his place to step up and make amends with your mom w/o you telling him what to do , you will learn alot about his character now. How many moms do you have? Can you get another one? No. You can get another boyfriend. And you should. If he disrespects your mom, he will disrespect you as well. He's not worth it. Your mom acts differently because you are showing her that you love him more than you love her. And that's messed up.

Family or boyfriend?
My boyfriend was like that for awhile, because my mom ALWAYS made things so hard for us to be together while his mom let us do everything. I just talked to him about it. I just said that even though she does do a lot of things to us, she's my mom and the nicer you are, the nicer she will be. So after that, he tried it out. And it worked. After he respected her and everything, there has been a lot less problems for us. Good luck :)

You are in a Fix now and seems to be your own doing.Most Men dislike their MILs[mother in laws,proper or would be].Before they met,you should have prepared them separately and that would have have given you enough indications to decide about their meeting or not.Any way,the situation can still be salvaged, like your bf coming to meet you and bringing a gift to your mother and apologizing sincerely or any such well thought out action.A smart Girl like you should be able to fix it.Good Luck.

family definately comes before a guy no matter who the guy is family & friends, or best friend, should come before him. if your guy can't respect your mom then you should have no respect for him. && you should totally listen to your mom about having nothing to do with him because your mom brought you into this world && knows what is right for you.

Blood is thicker than water. Indirectly he's disrepecting you by not being respectful towards your mother. As much as some us of hate to admit it. Moms do know best. I'm 25 and as much as I wished my mom was wrong about guys I dated she was always right.

pass as much as the guy, tell him the variety you sense.. Then smack him stressful and say, " you recognize what? Yo Mama so fat, while she is going to the sea coast, the whales sing we are kin!" Or " i don't would desire to tell you that your gruesome, because of the fact your face shows it." Then jackslap him ( do not would desire to in case you do not prefer) or you may tell your mom, that she will do better.. tell her you will hook her up with Zac Eftron.
