I'm a Christian. I'm not sure if you mean what I think is best as in funniest or best as in well-thought-out. I'm going with well-thought-out.

I appreciate it when someone says they actually were a Christian at some point, they understand the beliefs and the Bible to a certain extent, and they came to a conclusion based on their examination and experience with all this. Saying to me, "Christianity is stupid" or "Have you ever seen God?" is really just pointless and displays a total lack of any thought behind the reason for their belief or non-belief. I like to see where the atheist has actually studied and wrestled with religion as opposed to just attacking it because it's funny to them or somehow "cool" to not believe in God. I'm not going to agree with atheism, but hey, if you've really studied and looked and lived with it and came to a determination that way, I can respect that.

All the reasons are jaded and are from the yawn factory.
It's all the same...atheists don't want to see, some are angry that organized religion tried to control them and tried to fool them. And that is very understandable. I didn't like it either. All the Bible thumpers go by the Book and all have their own interpretation, it really is a big mess...I can't count how many churches and denominations there are...in one country...!!

Personally, I don't say there is no god - I say there is no evidence of a god, and that if one exists it could not possibly fit the descriptions given by most religions which are self-contradictory.

My favorite argument for the existence of God is, "Becuase I want to believe it".

It's the only honest one.
