I'm 15, play high school football, not a jock (yet), but I dont get myself. When I wake up on school days I dont eat. It's not that I forget its just my body doesnt want food. Tried forcefeeding myself, but i just 'up' it up. I'm a big guy (not big fat) so when I dont eat, my stomach growls loud in class. Dont get embarrassed, but it gets annoying. Some help would really be appreaciated.

You should atleast try to have a fruit smoothie. Blend some milk, banana & youghurt together. Simple & not heavy.

Your more inclined to eat 'bad' foods if you skip breakfast. Try this for your healths sake.

I can't eat when I first wake up either. I'm a teacher though so what I do is I take a small breakfast or snack with me to eat just as I get to school in the morning. When I was in HS, I used to get a bagel when I got to school in the am.

How about trying this: get some energy/cereal/protein bars, and eat one on the way to school, or just after you get there, before you go in. The volume won't be much, and it should satisfy your stomach so it doesn't growl.

you have to take time to eat healthy breakfast - try different things, believe me there are many options.
once you start doing that your body will soon get used to it.
The best thing in the morning is complex carbs - they will give you energy your body needs in the beginning of the day.
my body is so used to eating healthy, fresh foods in small meals that i wake up hungry in the morning and i get nausea from fried, oily or too sweet stuff.

so what are you forcing yourself to eat? if you can't face eggs and toast then try some plain toast, or some fruit, or some nuts and milk
