You are addicted to the internet just like others are addicted to gambling, alcohol and drugs. You might not think so, but you are. Make an appointment with a mental health therapist immediately to regain control of your life. There is much more to living than sitting in front of a computer all day.

hi

All that you have mentioned points towards nothing but your habit which might have turned into sleep disorder.

First of all you must understand that you might have got addicted to your pc. The reasons can be several but one of them you yourself have mentioned - - no friends.

For you to normalise your life you need to socialize and try to go out and have fun in a real world rather then be addict to the virtual world. Make friends, talk to them (on phone, do not chat), involve yourself in some sort of hobby, go out for shopping.........by doing all this you will get tired and by the end of the day and you yourself will fell like sleeping during the night.

To make sure that you sleep during night , avoid the following:-

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and other drugs, especially after dinner.
• Avoid excessive daytime naps. A person should take only one nap a day, if any, and the nap should be less than 1 hour.
• Do not go to bed unless you are tired.
• Have a comfortable, dark, quiet sleeping environment.
• Use the bed only for sleep.
• Wake up at the same time every morning.

If the issue persists , consult a doctor.

I hope this helps.

A young girl like you should focus on your beauty sleep and also you are still growing so you should keep a healthy routine. Try playing sports or do gardening or do some kind of action that would get your body moving. It's summer time, so you have a lot of free time, but trust me, you need to sleep at the right time because sleeping during the day, make you more lazy and not energize to do anything. Try to turn off your PC for the whole week and find something exciting to do like bycyling, skating, running, play tennis or something. Go to the park. Make yourself tire during the day, and you would probably get a good night sleep at night.

See insomnia, and depression, at http://www.ezy-build.net. (.net.nz/~shaneris) on pages 3, and 2. No daytime sleeping! Get out in the sunlight for an hour, daily, until recovered, then at least 30 mins. Set an alarm/reminder for a set time of PC use, then QUIT! Do something else; anything, until near bedtime.

Lack of sleep causes depression... so, ... you are in quite a predicament here, because as you say- you need a computer to earn money. I know not everyone believes that you can't make up for a sleepless night, but I do. I recommend that you seek professional help- now!
Use your pc to find one in your area.

i became having alot of rigidity before sound asleep and ought to not nod off. Had many many sleepless nights. i became purely fidgeting with this methodology one afternoon and had to take heed to the power Nap music. next element I knew i became waking up! Fell suited asleep without attempting. After using the Fall Asleep music, i ought to nod off suited away. yet i did not understand that I should not be using that one all night. Switched to complete night and have been using it ever on the grounds that. i will pass to sleep with ease now. I purely lay and hear the sounds and next element i understand i'm waking up from a very good sleep. i don't be afflicted by loss of sleep anymore. I save an IPod with earbuds next to my mattress and take it constantly while vacationing. The earbuds help block out ambient noise and the sleep tracks save me sound asleep sound :) Reboot your innovations & sleep soundly returned?
