You should be able to quit. However, because you are leaving you may not get any pay you have earned because you have not fullfilled the terms of the contract. Also, since it is a summer camp situation you may still be responsible for any room and board.
If you really hate it you should quit, but since the 31st is only a couple of weeks away you should just try and tough it out.

Unless you're there because the government demanded it, such as punishment for a crime, then I doubt anyone will hold you to the contract. As far as quitting goes, you might hate the job but there are only two weeks remaining and unless you're in a job where you might be injured in some fashion you should probably stick it out for the remainder of your contract - you'll impress your bosses and feel better about yourself. You seem pretty young, you shouldn't get into a habit of quitting when things aren't going as you like. If there were two or three months remaining and you just started, that's a bit different. Good luck.

You should stay. You legally should be able to leave, but if you quit you may not be able to use this as a reference for a regular job. Sticking it out will be a good experience for you. It builds a strong work ethic. You only have 2 left. It's not that long.

You can quit, but depending on the terms of the contract, you might not get paid. I'd say, perservere. Two weeks is not that long, and you'll have something to look back on whenever you think times are rough.

do it the right way.. tell your boss you are no longer happy and would like to leave.. doing it this way gives them a chance to prepare for your departure.. and they are less likely to seek any legal recourse (I doubt even if you just left they would bother with you legally its too much hassle) .. It's not that complicated.. Walk into their office Monday morning and say to who ever is in charge , " I need to speak with you for a second", then tell them you appreciate the position, but it no longer fits your needs, and that you'd like to quit. Ask them how much time they need.. and that's it..
