I have been having stabbinng sensations behind my right eye in the temple for the last few minutes and they have come and gone only lasting for a few minutes. I am also having pains on the left side of my chest. What coud this be?

I have been having irregular sleeping patterns in the last few days, staying up late 3 - 4 a.m and waking up at 1:00 - 2:00 p.m just because I have chosen to. Could this be the cause? I'm only 15 years old and a male.

doubtful that the chest discomfort is your heart. More likely it is just fatigued muscles. The pain behind your eye could be early signs of a migraine, and likely also due to your irregular sleeping habits. Would suggest that cleaning up your act and sleeping your normal hours would help a lot.

First off you need to get some sleep. Your body needs at least 10-12 hours. IF you are having head aches and chest pain you should see a doctor. It could be nothing or it could be something.

Change of diet your routine would be enough or it could be the weather or your straining from reading. Could even be something you are eating that you might be allergic too.

If you are having head aches and the doc says your fine.
Why don't you pick up a bottle of flax seed oil its great keeps all head aches away. Also get garlic soft gels for the heart.

Take care good luck

Yes, you are spending way too much time in front of a computer screen and perhaps a tv or game system. My twins are late nighters and have the same problem. They sleep in until afternoon and stay up until 2 or 3 am just because "Its summer mom!" They are 15 as well. Go take 2 ibuprofen or motrin or alleve if your mom has some and get to bed!
