Low self esteem alone can cause bad endurance. Keep breathing (If you get nervous you may tend to hold your breath). Remember, stay calm. Enjoy it man! The more you go, the more you'll know!!

Practice makes perfect. I don't know if its true for all men, but I seem to last longer the second time around. First time is fast, but after that you kind of slow down and last a lot longer. As for getting good? Only thing to do is to do it!

first man up!!! then watch a flick learn some things, read up on it if you have to, then tell her when you know that you are ready....to rid you like a motorcycle.and if you don't know how to put the condom on have her do it. She just might be a freak in the bed.

Just be yourself and dont think bad just because she is experienced doesn't mean that she want you to be an expert just chill out and stay calm
