We've taken the ten commandment off every wall as if we were ashamed of them. We've taken prayer out of school and will publicly mock any valadictorian who thinks they can get away with a quick prayer at graduation. Under God shouldn't be said in school. Alot of peole say he isn't real...but what if you're wrong? What if God decides to turn away from his children because noone belived in him?
What Is it that makes people think God isn't real? There is loads of proof he is...look around you, open up your eyes. There is not proof he dosen't exist.

I know I will get the crap badgered out of me for asking this..but I just want opinions..and Don't be too mean..I am only a 15-year-old girl.

Coco, you are a teenager to be proud of. I know that your parents have taught you well.

Don't worry about God giving up on us. He never does give up on His children (those who belong to Him). This is a time that people are making definite decisions to follow Him or not. God tells us that it will be this way.

God would never. He just wouldn't, and I know it, feel it with every ounce of my soul.

But in spirit of your question... I'd be lost. God and Jesus are where I've always gone when life gets rough. They're my knot at the end of the rope. Without them, I'd fall and be burried alive. With God, I have to strength to keep going when otherwise I'd have given up a long time ago. I think it's sad that we've taken God out of everything when it was our Faith that started this country.

I believe that institutions such as schools and government try to remove God because of the diversified workplace and groups of people that believe in different religions. This can cause conflict. I believe that as long you are true to yourself and what you believe in, and keep a firm belief that God is the creator of Earth and Heavens, He will not ever forget about you. :)

I agree with you. The Bible does say though, that people will go against God and not believe. It's just another prophecy fulfillment. One step closer to the Rapture. That's why no one supports the war. They think it's useless. But God says the day we turn our backs on Isreal, He will turn His back on us.

Your question reminded me of this:
Hebrews 3
14 We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first. 15 As has just been said:
"Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your hearts
as you did in the rebellion."

As long as I breathe on this Earth, there will be one who does not doubt the Lord my God.

Bravo. What an excellent question and an even greater point. This country was born with the Christianity as a religion but as time progresses, we seem to be giving up on God. I find that sad after everything he as done for us we decide to throw it back at his face and say we don't need him.

I don't think God will give up on us unless we give up on him and then I wonder if even then. God has for warned us prior to his second coming these things and actions would occur. Those who know Christ will stand firm until the end.

alot of ppl have given up cuz they see how bad others lives are and they wonder how could a caring god just let those ppl suffer. also alot of ppl wonder, if he created us, then who created him. how did he come to be. i, my self, am a christian and i believe he's there. just getting others to believe is hard to do. as long as you believe and let him guide you, then every thing he has planned will go well.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever.

"Behold I stand at the door and knock."

It is always us that turn away or give up.
He will keep loving us til the end.
