Well 10 years ago she acidetaly scratched a pimple and it started growing and now its like a big half inch lump on her back is this fat or what what can she do to get rid of it ? It keeps getting biggeer after years and hurts plus she tried to get it out once but allt he dictor did was made a little whole and took out th etop alittle

She needs to go back to the doc and have him lance it again. Sounds like a sebaceous cyst.

well, if it were a lipoma, or fatty tumor, it wouldn't hurt. The fact that it hurts would indicate to me that there is a problem...and I'd go back to the doctor and make a noise about it, if necessary a lot of noise. If he doesn't want to deal with it, ask for a referral to a surgeon. There is no reason she should just have to put up with it.

Sounds like a sebaceous cyst to me. Had one once, the doctor will need to cut in open and scrap it out and then close it with stitches.
