I ordered somthing online today and the experation date of the card is 7/07 , this month ,is it expired on the begining of the month or the end of this month?????

If the date of the month is not included on the card, assume it is the last day of the month. Visa only put 7/07, so assume it is 7/31/07. If it was already expired, it would not have been approvd for your online transaction.
Visa will automatically send you the new card :)

It should expire at the end of the month.
However, you should have received a new card by now. If you have NOT received the card, you will want to call the number on the back of your card today and ask if and when the card has been sent. If it got lost in the mail, insist that a new account number be assigned.

Some cards have actual dates (like 7/31/07) for Exp date. If there is no specific date, then the card is good through end of the month.
