It will work with Windows XP Service Pack 2, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 , or later operating system.

Its gone work. I also have windows XP service Pack 2 and I am using micrisoft office and its runing better the in vista I also have vista in my laptop

As with most software it works better with XP.
