You can always be inspired by the same things, you just have to look at the worlds around those people differently. I personally am very inspired by scientists. I would love nothing more than to be a biologist in a lab or out in the field of study, researching and learning new things. The whole human physiology amazes me, how trillions or tiny cells can perform simple operations in unison simultaneously, and somewhere hidden under our skin is the mystery of life. Somehow these tiny little cells each have a purpose, and together they make up who you are. Each of them is like their own little being and when they all come together, you are born and given your own soul to command.

I also draw inspiration from children. They are so innocent and don't understand much of the adult world. They are honest in a rights, and carefree, its beautiful.

God inspires me daily through his word...the beauty of his creation, the miracle of my son, and the magnitude of his love for me are the most powerful inspiration in my life.

I'm also inspired by my pastor every week. Since I started attending my current church I've made so many positive changes in my life (small ones and even a couple of big ones) because I was inspired by something my pastor said on Sunday. He has the most amazing gift for teaching. If you read my profile, you'll see that I've spent my entire life in classrooms and it's saying something special when I say that he's the most inspiring teacher I've ever known. I get pretty good student evaluations and I don't hold a candle to him. He has an almost uncanny ability to take a complex topic, break it down in to simple language, explain why it is relevant in your life, and give you some simple suggestions for learning more and applying what you learned! Watching him teach has inspired me to be a better teacher and listening to his teachings has helped me become a better person (happier, more productive, improved parenting techniques, etc...). He gives all the credit to God and I agree...it is just so inspiring to see someone that makes such good use of the talents God gave him!

Mabel Normand... the silent film comedienne... she survived scandal, and sickness (she had chronic tuberculosis for over a decade) and never let it get her down.

There's nothing more motivating to me since I became ill, than a 5' tall, 90 pound woman with an incurable infection in her lungs doing all her own stunts including wrestling a full grown lion !

For me it is: Jesus, my children, my family (which includes my church) & my prayer of restoration for America.
Other things are the internet, astronauts, finding a less costly way of obtaining fuel other then gasoline & mobile phones.

I'd like to think that God is my inspiration but that is not really true. For me inspiration comes intrinsically from within. Sadly it is increased with emotional pain and that is fine with me. I have been disgustingly creative.

...that one kid with autism from high school who scored like 20 points in 3 minutes was deep...

...I'm not really one for sports, but the way he was so humble about making these crazy shots in that game...I don't know, maybe the autism gave him the ability to be so selfless about it all..

...but I was like "wow, that dude has an awesome soul...were it that my soul be as awesome.."
